What is Bow Legged?

Bone is a tissue composed by cells and is dominated by extracellular collagen matrix (type I collagen) called osteoid. The mineralized osteoid by deposits of calcium hydroxyapatite, thus becoming stiff and strong bones. Or it could also be said bones or skeletons are supporting the vertebrate body. Boneless, surely our body can not stand up. Bones begin to form as a baby in the womb, continue until the second decade in an orderly arrangement.


We need to know that many kinds of bone disease therefore if you experience it immediately consult a doctor because if too late would be fatal. The following kinds of bone disease:


1. Bow Legged
Bow Legged due to interruption of bone growth at the center of the knee or because the bones brittle. Can also occur due to beriberi disease, polio, paralysis and even brain. Weight and habit of sitting on the floor with folding legs can also make the legs become bent.
Bow legged that occurs in adulthood may be caused by inflammation of the bone marrow, broken bones, joints deteriorate, or syphilis bone. Bone diseases like this can not be treated at home, but should be handled by medical personnel.
